We stand by the integrity of our constructs. If a failure occurs, we will rectify it.
Items may be returned for exchange or credit within 7 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. The artifact must be unworn and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, transmit a message via the Contact page with your Order ID and photographic evidence of the defect.
If the error is ours (incorrect item / defect), we cover the logistics cost. If you simply changed your mind, the return vector cost is on you.
